Short answers for UK embroidery businesses before a first order. The essentials: Zorixo Ventures Ltd supplies a VAT invoice, each design has one flat price, standard files take 4–8 hours whatever time you send them, DST and PES come at no extra cost, and revisions never run out. 01VAT and Payment
Invoices, VAT and paying.
Zorixo Ventures Ltd, trading as PlixaLabs. It is registered in England and Wales (company number 15975548) and trades from 103 Bentry Rd, Dagenham, RM8 3PJ. The about page has the full supplier details.
Yes, on every B2B order, showing VAT number GB 506 4612 12. Setting up a supplier account is covered on the trade page.
On delivery of the finished files, as set out in our terms. Businesses with an approved trade account can pay on Net-30 instead.
Yes, UK prices are in GBP. The UK price list shows every design type.
02Machines and Formats
Your machine and file formats.
The format your machine reads, at no extra cost. DST suits Tajima and Barudan multi-heads, PES suits Brother, and we also supply JEF, VP3, EXP, HUS, TAP, XXX (Singer) and others on request.
Yes. Ask for DST and PES on the same order and you receive both versions of the design. Extra formats never add to the price.
Yes. Put the make and model on the quote form, for example "Brother PR1055X" or "Tajima 6-head", and we send the right file. The file formats guide explains what each extension is.
Yes. Send the file and your machine details. See DST to PES conversion.
Yes. We check it free, then quote to repair or rebuild it. Send the file for a check.
03Turnaround
Turnaround across UK working hours.
Standard files take 4–8 hours. Rush takes 2–4 hours and super rush 1–2 hours, each for an extra 50%. The clock runs day and night.
Within the same 4–8 hours. Our digitisers in Bengaluru work in shifts around the clock, so a crest sent at 5.30pm is due back overnight and waiting in your inbox before the machines start the next morning.
Yes. The team works every day of the year, including Saturdays, Sundays and UK bank holidays.

04Revisions
Revisions and quality.
Reply to the delivery email and say what should change, such as thicker lettering or a smaller crest. A photo of your sew-out helps. Revisions are unlimited, free and never expire, even months after delivery.
Send us a photo of the sew-out and the fabric you used. We work out what went wrong in the file, such as density or underlay, and send a corrected version at no charge.
Yes. Each order includes a stitch simulation preview showing the colours and stitch paths, so you can check it, or send it to your customer for approval, before running a sample.
No. A digitiser employed by our group builds every file by hand. Our article on whether AI can digitise embroidery explains why we work that way.
05Artwork and Crests
Artwork, school crests and club badges.
JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS, a photo of a sketch, or an existing DST, PES, JEF, VP3 or EXP file. The quote form takes up to 5 files of 15 MB each, or one ZIP.
Yes. A sharp, straight-on photo is enough for us to redraw the crest. Very fine detail, such as tiny lettering in a motto scroll, may be simplified so it sews cleanly at the finished size.
Our terms ask you to confirm you own the artwork or have the right to reproduce it. Crests and club badges usually belong to the school or club, so suppliers generally work from artwork the school or club has supplied or approved. This is general information, not legal advice. No. A JPG, PNG or PDF is fine for digitising. Vector artwork helps with very fine detail, and if you need one for print we can redraw your logo as a vector.
06Ordering
Placing an order.
Upload the artwork on the quote form and describe the job. We reply with a price, start once you agree, and email the files when they are done.
The garment and fabric (for example a knitted jumper, a softshell or a structured cap), where the design goes, the finished width in millimetres, your machine or format, any thread shades you match to, and your deadline.
No. A single left chest logo is a normal order.

07Free Design and Trade
Free first design and trade accounts.
Yes, for registered businesses only: one free design per new registered business, Simple or Medium, at standard turnaround. It must be requested from a business email address on your company's own domain (we can't accept Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo or other free email addresses for the free design). Paid orders can come from any email address. Read the terms.
Approved trade accounts can have Net-30, and regular high-volume accounts get pricing quoted per account. See trade accounts.
No. Trade files and previews are unbranded. More on the trade page.
08Your Files
Your files and artwork.
You do. Our terms say PlixaLabs keeps no intellectual property rights in stitch files produced from your artwork, so you can reuse the file on any machine.
For 90 days after delivery, after which it is deleted, unless you ask us to hold it for longer. Our privacy policy has the detail.
