01Ordering
Ordering questions.
Upload your artwork on the quote page with the garment, finished size and machine or file format. We confirm the price, digitize the file and email it to you with a stitch simulation preview.

02Pricing and Payment
Pricing and Payment questions.
A flat price per design, starting at $10 and set by complexity or technique (caps, 3D puff, jacket backs and vector conversion each have their own price). See the full price list, or read what digitizing costs across the market.
Yes. Rush (2–4 hours) and super rush (1–2 hours) each add 50% to the base price. Standard delivery in 4–8 hours is included. Pricing details.
Yes. Zorixo Ventures, LLC keeps a W-9 on file (EIN 37-2065733) and sends an itemized invoice with every B2B order. See trade accounts for vendor setup.
Net-30 is available for approved trade accounts, and regular high-volume accounts get volume pricing quoted per account. See trade and white-label accounts.

03Free First Design
Free First Design questions.
One free design per new registered business, Simple or Medium complexity, at standard turnaround, for embroidery digitizing or vector conversion. It is for registered businesses only and must be requested from a business email address on your company's own domain (we can't accept Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo or other free email addresses for the free design). You get the same hand-built file, formats, preview and unlimited revisions as a paid order. Paid orders can come from any email address. Full terms.

04Turnaround
Turnaround questions.
Standard: 4–8 hours. Rush: 2–4 hours. Super rush: 1–2 hours. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Yes. PlixaLabs operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and US public holidays.

05Artwork
Artwork questions.
JPG, PNG, GIF, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS files, a photo of hand-drawn artwork, or an existing DST, PES, JEF, VP3 or EXP file. You can upload up to 5 files (15 MB each) or a ZIP.
Yes. We redraw what is needed. Very small or blurry detail may be simplified so it stitches cleanly.
No. We digitize from JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or a photo. Vector artwork helps with fine detail but isn't required. If you need a vector file for printing, see vector art conversion.

DST, PES, JEF, VP3, EXP, HUS, TAP, XXX (Singer) and more. Tell us your machine brand and model and we include the correct formats. Our file formats guide explains each one.

07Quality and Revisions
Quality and Revisions questions.
Reply to your delivery email with the change you need. Revisions are unlimited, with no time limit and no extra charge.
Reply to your delivery email with the issue and, if you can, a photo of the sew-out. We diagnose the problem and revise the file at no charge.
Yes. Every order includes a stitch simulation preview showing the design in full color with stitch paths visible.

08Ownership and Confidentiality
Ownership and Confidentiality questions.
You do. Our terms state that PlixaLabs keeps no intellectual property rights in the stitch files made from your artwork.
Artwork files are kept for 90 days after delivery and then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer. See our privacy policy.
No. Trade files and previews are unbranded and we never contact your end customer. See white-label trade accounts.
