Privacy policy

This policy explains how PlixaLabs, a trading name of Zorixo Ventures, LLC, collects and uses personal data and the artwork you send us. In short: we use your details and files to quote, produce, deliver and invoice your orders, we don't sell your data, and we delete artwork 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it. 1. Who we are

Zorixo Ventures, LLC is part of one group under shared ownership with Zorixo Ventures Ltd (UK) and Zorixo Creations Private Limited (India), which employs our digitizing and vector production team.

2. Data we collect

  • Details you give us when you request a quote, place an order or contact us: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and order details such as garment, size and machine format.
  • Artwork and files you upload or email for digitizing, vector conversion or file repair.
  • Free tool sheets. The free tools read your file in your own browser and it never reaches us. If you ask a tool to email you its reading, we receive the email address you give, the figures the tool already showed you on screen, the preview image it drew, and whether you ticked the box asking to hear from us. We never receive the design file itself.
  • Website analytics: basic information about how visitors use the site, collected with standard analytics tools (see section 8).

3. How we use your data

We use your data to quote and fulfill your digitizing orders, communicate with you about your orders, issue invoices, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising purposes. Where you asked a tool to email you a sheet, we use your address to send that sheet, and to send occasional updates only if you ticked the box asking for them. You can unsubscribe from those at any time.

4. Your artwork

Artwork and files you send are used to quote and produce your order. They are handled by our own employed digitizing team and are not sold or passed to other businesses. For trade accounts, files and previews are delivered unbranded and we never contact your end customer. Artwork files are deleted 90 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them longer.

5. Who can see your data

Your data is available to the people in our group who need it to handle your order: Zorixo Ventures, LLC, Zorixo Ventures Ltd and the production team employed by Zorixo Creations Private Limited. We also use service providers to host the website, send email and measure website use. They process data only to provide those services.

6. Where your data is processed

Our companies and team are based in the United States, the United Kingdom and India. Artwork and order details are processed by our digitizing team at our production office in Bengaluru, India.

7. Data retention

We retain order data for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. Artwork files are retained for 90 days after delivery and then deleted unless you request longer retention.

8. Cookies and analytics

On the live website we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and whether a quote form was sent. These services may set cookies or similar technologies in your browser. Visitors in the UK and Europe are asked first: for them, analytics cookies are only set after they choose Accept in the cookie banner. Anyone can change their choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Our quote and contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and connection, including your IP address, when you use one of these forms. Cloudflare's handling of that information is set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@plixalabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
