Terms of service
These terms cover every embroidery digitizing, vector conversion and file repair order placed with PlixaLabs, a trading name of Zorixo Ventures, LLC. The short version: you confirm you have the right to use the artwork, you own the finished stitch files, revisions are unlimited with no time limit, and payment is due on delivery. 1. Services
PlixaLabs provides embroidery digitizing (converting client-supplied artwork into embroidery stitch files for commercial embroidery production), vector art conversion, and repair or rebuilding of existing embroidery files. Services are provided by Zorixo Ventures, LLC trading as PlixaLabs. The work is carried out by our digitizing team, employed by our group company Zorixo Creations Private Limited.
2. Quotes and orders
Orders are placed by submitting artwork and a project brief via our website or email. We confirm the price before work starts. Repairs of existing or third-party files are quoted after a free file check.
3. Prices
Prices are a flat rate per design, set by the type and complexity of the design and listed on our pricing page. We do not charge per 1,000 stitches. Every price includes all machine file formats, a stitch simulation preview and unlimited revisions.
4. Delivery
Standard delivery is 4–8 hours. Rush delivery (2–4 hours) and super rush delivery (1–2 hours) each add 50% to the base price. We work 24/7. Files are delivered by email.
5. Free first design
The free first design is available to registered businesses only, as one free design per new registered business. It must be requested from a business email address on your company domain, not Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo or another free email service. The free design must be of Simple or Medium complexity, is delivered at standard turnaround, and covers embroidery digitizing or vector conversion. Full details are on the free first design page.
6. Revisions
All orders include unlimited free revisions with no time limit. Revision requests must be submitted by email, for example by replying to your delivery email.
7. Your artwork
You confirm that you own or have the right to reproduce any artwork submitted for digitizing. How we handle and delete artwork is described in our privacy policy.
8. File ownership
PlixaLabs retains no intellectual property rights in the stitch files produced from your artwork.
9. Payment and invoices
Payment is due on delivery. US clients are invoiced in USD, and every B2B order comes with an itemized invoice. Zorixo Ventures, LLC keeps a W-9 on file for vendor setup. International clients are invoiced in local currency as agreed at order stage.
10. Trade accounts
Net-30 payment terms are available for approved trade accounts. Volume pricing is available for regular high-volume accounts and is quoted per account. Trade files and previews are delivered unbranded, and we never contact your end customer. See trade accounts.
11. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
